AMCOM’s AM559536WM is a broadband GaAs MMIC Power Amplifier. It has a nominal CW performance of 24dB small signal gain, and 38dBm (6W) saturated output power over the 5.0 to 9.5GHz band. The MMIC is also offered in chip form and in a drop ceramic package form. The QFN package has coplanar RF and DC leads for SMT assembly. The MMIC must be soldered directly over PCB vias for proper RF ground and for good heat dissipation. Both chip and package are RoHS compliant.
