AMCOM’s AM024050S2WN-00-R is a Single-Pole double Throw (SPDT) reflective switch fabricated using GaN on SiC process. It operates at frequencies from 250 MHz to 4 GHz with up to 100W pulsed and 60W CW input power handling, insertion loss of 1.1dB and Isolation of 40 dB. The Switch is offered in Bare Die form and requires very small amount of control current to operate.
