AMCOM’s AM00014025S1WM-QN3-R is a non-reflective symmetric broadband SPST switch. It has less than 1.7dB insertion loss, greater than 28dB isolation between the ON port and OFF port, and better than 1.7:1 VSWR from DC to 14GHz band.  This switch can handle up to 25dBm RF power from DC to 14GHz.  Switching speed <100 nanoseconds.
