AMCOM’s AM000100D515WM-QN3-R is a wideband GaAs MMIC 5-bit digital attenuator that provides attenuation from 0dB to 8dB. The 5-bit digital attenuator is controlled with negative voltage. The different attenuator values are 0dB, 0.5dB, 1dB, 2dB, 4dB & 8dB. The 5-bit digital attenuator can handle up to 25dBm RF power from DC to 10GHz. It has less than 3dB insertion loss and better than 1.9:1 VSWR from DC to 10GHz. Switching speed < 100nanoseconds.
