AMCOM’s AM00010025S1-0H is a non-reflective symmetric broadband SPST switch. It has less than 1.7dB insertion loss, greater than 29dB isolation in the OFF state, and better than 1.7:1 VSWR from DC to 10GHz band.  This switch can handle up to 25dBm RF power from DC to 10GHz.  Switching speed <100 nanoseconds.
