AMCOM’s AM357037WM is a broadband GaAs MMIC Power Amplifier. It has a nominal CW performance of 26dB small signal gain, and 35dBm (3W) saturated output power over the 4 to 6.5GHz band. The MMIC is offered also in chip form and in a drop-in package form. Both chip and package are RoHS compliant. This MMIC is in a 6x6mm QFN package with RF leads, DC leads and RF ground at the lower level of the package to facilitate low-cost SMT assembly to the PC board. To ensure good RF grounding and proper heat dissipation, these devices must be positioned directly on PCB vias. This MMIC is RoHS compliant.
