AMCOM’s AM008435S1-0H is a symmetric broadband non-reflecting SPST power switch. It has less than 0.8dB insertion loss, greater than 43dB isolation in the OFF state, and better than 1.6:1 VSWR from DC to 8.0GHz band.  This switch can handle up to 34dBm RF power from DC to 8.4GHz.  Switching speed <100 nanosecond.
