AMCOM’s AM005038S1WM-QN4-R is a symmetric broadband non-reflecting SPST power switch. It has less than 2dB insertion loss, greater than 36dB isolation between the ON port and OFF port, and better than 2.3:1 VSWR from DC to 5GHz band.  This switch can handle up to 38dBm RF power from 2 to 5GHz.  Switching speed <100 nanosecond.
