AMCOM’s AM000180VA23-0H is a wideband GaAs MMIC voltage-controlled attenuator that provides attenuation from 0dB to 30dB. The attenuator is controlled with one positive voltage control that can vary from 0 to 2.5V. This attenuator can handle up to 23 dBm RF power from DC to 18GHz. It has less than 7dB insertion loss in the zero state and better than 2.3:1 VSWR from DC to 18GHz.  Switching speed <100 nanoseconds.
