AMCOM’s AM000120VA20WM-QN3-R is a wideband GaAs MMIC voltage-controlled attenuator that provides attenuation from 0dB to 20dB. The attenuator is controlled with 2 negative voltage controls that can vary from 0 to -5V. This attenuator can handle up to 15 dBm RF power from DC to 12GHz. It has less than 4dB insertion loss in the zero state and better than 2:1 VSWR from DC to 12GHz.  Switching speed <100 nanoseconds.
