AMCOM’s AM000110D230WM-QN3-R is a wideband GaAs MMIC 2-bit digital attenuator that provides attenuation from 0dB to 30dB. The 2-bit digital attenuator is controlled with negative voltage. The different attenuator values are 0dB, 10dB, 20dB & 30dB. The 2-bit digital attenuator can handle up to 25dBm RF power from DC to 11GHz. It has less than 2.7dB insertion loss and better than 2.3:1 VSWR from DC to 11GHz.  Switching speed <100 nanoseconds.
