AMCOM’s AM00010025S2WM-QN3-R is a symmetric reflective broadband SPDT power switch. It has less than 2.0dB insertion loss, greater than 26dB isolation between the ON port and OFF port, and better than 2:1 VSWR from DC to 10.0GHz band.  This switch can handle up to 25dBm RF power from DC to 10GHz.  Switching speed <100 nanoseconds.
