August, 2005 – Releasing a power module having 10-watt output power, 30dB gain
from 225MHz to 410MHz.
August, 2005 – Releasing a power module having 30-watt output power, 10dB gain
from 890MHz to 940MHz.
July, 2005 – Released a MMIC power amplifier having 10-watt output power, 22dB
gain over the 1.4 to 1.8GHz band. This MMIC can be tuned to cover 400MHz band up
to 2.5GHz.
May 2005 – Presentation on High Voltage FET to NJ IEEE MTT section by Dr. A. Ezzeddine.
December 2004 – Released an ultra broadband MMIC power amplifier having 2.5-watt
output power, 22dB gain from 25MHz to 2500MHz.

30dB gain from 3.2GHz to 4.0GHz.

power, 30dB gain from 2GHz to 3GHz and 3GHz to 4GHz.
