AMCOM was established in December 1996 by a group of microwave designers experienced in both microwave circuit design and microwave device fabrication technology. It is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA, about 20 miles north-west of Washington, DC. The company has earned a reputation as a leading edge microwave design house and low cost manufacturer of discrete power FETs, MMIC power amplifiers, and high-power amplifier modules with RF and DC connectors that is ready to be included in the microwave systems. One of our specialty products is high-power, broadband, high-efficiency power amplifier – 100’s of watts from 20MHz to 1000MHz, and tens of watts from 20MHZ to 3000MHz.

AMCOM has all the necessary man power, space, and equipment for the manufacturing of our products. We design our products, then either issue the design to a foundry to fabricate wafers, or purchase parts such as silicon LDMOS to be included in our product. After receiving the active device, we have the capability to do device packaging, module assemble, and RF/DC testing to deliver the product to our customers.
