AMCOM’s AM004038S2WM-QN4-R is a symmetric reflective broadband SPDT power switch. It has less than 1dB insertion loss, greater than 34dB isolation between the ON port and OFF port, and better than 2.2:1 VSWR from DC to 4.0GHz band.  This switch can handle up to 38dBm RF power from DC to 4GHz.  Switching speed <100 nanoseconds.
